Five reasons to send the job to us

Genuine EV, hybrid and MHEV capability

Electric and electrified vehicles are what we do — not a sideline. High-voltage battery and BMS diagnostics, cell-balance and isolation testing, inverter and DC-DC converter fault finding, on-board charger and charging-fault work, and 48V mild-hybrid systems. The depth most general garages simply cannot offer.

CAT III high-voltage safety, every job

Every high-voltage job follows a full safety procedure — PPE, isolation, verification of zero potential, discharge and lock-out before any HV circuit is accessed. The equipment, the training and the discipline to work safely on traction systems most workshops will not touch.

    Measurement-first, not parts-first

Before any part is quoted, we capture live high-voltage data, run a structured fault tree and measure the circuit. We produce documented evidence of the fault before the customer is asked to spend a pound. Workshops send us the EVs and hybrids where parts have already been replaced on a guess — we tell them what is actually wrong.

    Gateway authentication & coding in-house

Modern EVs and hybrids lock module access behind security gateways. We hold the manufacturer online accounts required to authenticate, read, code and programme in-house — full battery, charging and drivetrain module coverage, with no sending the job out and no margin added on top.

Designed for the trade — we stay in our lane

Garages, dealers and fleet operators refer EVs, hybrids and MHEVs in with confidence. Technician-to-technician communication throughout. Documented report and written quote on every job. We do not approach your customer, we do not offer a retail repair price, and we do not poach. The vehicle comes back to you with the fault fixed and the paperwork in order.

    What that means in practice

One workshop handles high-voltage battery and BMS diagnostics, charging faults, inverter and drivetrain work, 48V mild-hybrid systems and module coding under one roof. No farming the vehicle out for gateway access. No parts replaced on a guess. A documented fault report, a clear written quote, and technician-to-technician contact from first call to collection. We resolve the fault, return the vehicle with paperwork, and stay out of your customer relationship. That is the arrangement garages across Central Scotland have come to rely on for EV and hybrid work.
