    Five core services

EV high-voltage battery & BMS diagnostics

High-voltage battery capacity, cell-balance and isolation-resistance testing — lost range and reduced power traced to weak cells, failed modules and an out-of-balance battery management system. Thermal-management and contactor faults included. Every job starts with isolation verification and a documented fault tree before any part is touched.

    EV charging fault diagnosis

Vehicles that won't take a charge traced to the on-board charger, the control-pilot circuit, the charge port or the connector — not guessed at. AC and DC rapid-charging faults, charge-current derating, and home-charger compatibility issues diagnosed with live data and measurement.

    Hybrid & PHEV drivetrain diagnostics

Inverter, DC-DC converter, electric-motor and high-voltage cabling faults on full hybrids and plug-in hybrids. Limp-mode and warning-light investigation, energy-flow and regenerative-braking checks, plus full module coding after any replacement on gateway-protected vehicles.

    Mild-hybrid (MHEV) 48V systems

48V belt-starter generator, lithium 48V battery and DC-DC converter diagnostics on modern mild-hybrid vehicles, plus the 12V systems that sit alongside them. Start-stop, coasting and torque-assist faults read with manufacturer-level tooling most workshops cannot access.

Module coding, gateway & component repair

Live online manufacturer accounts to read, code, programme and replace ECUs and control modules on gateway-protected EVs, hybrids and MHEVs. Board-level repair where the cost case is sound on inverter electronics, chargers, BMS controllers and instrument modules — documented with photographs.
